Microgreens 101: Become an Instant Expert

Microgreens are young vegetable plants harvested 7-14 days after germination, featuring developed cotyledon leaves and a small stem. Sprouts are germinated seeds eaten whole (roots, seeds, and all) after just 3-5 days. Microgreens offer more concentrated nutrients, better flavor, and a pleasant texture, while sprouts are raw and require careful handling. Our microgreens deliver superior taste and nutrition in every bite.

Store microgreens in the refrigerator at 35-40°F in our airtight BPA-free container with silica gel, adding a paper towel to absorb any excess moisture. Keep them away from ethylene-producing fruits like apples and bananas. Properly stored microgreens stay fresh for 2-3 weeks. For best results, use them within 10 days of delivery for peak flavor and nutritional content. Don't wash them until just before eating to prevent premature wilting.
